Who We Are

Christ Transformation Church exists to bring the life-changing power of the gospel to the largest and least-reached city in Vermont. Our mission is to establish a thriving, Christ-centered church in Greater Burlington that proclaims the gospel with clarity.

Our Vision

The vision of Christ Transformation Church is to see God display his power by transforming sinners into saints through gospel proclamation from all of Scripture, to God's glory. (2 Corinthians 3:18, 2 Corinthians 4:5)

We envision a church that relies on the proclamation of Christ crucified to build his church, trusting that the gospel is indeed the power of God for salvation.

We envision a church that beholds Jesus Christ in the whole of Scripture, convinced that all 66 books are God-breathed and designed to point to him and his gospel.

We envision a church that expresses its dependence upon the Lord by praying regularly, fervently, and expectantly.

We envision a church that expects sinners to be transformed into Christlikeness when they believe the gospel and are united with Jesus.

We envision a church that is a glowing lampstand, effectively making Christ known to neighbors, coworkers, friends, families, business owners, and students in Greater Burlington through outreach, community evangelism, and individual witness.

We envision a church that is a loving community transformed by grace, demonstrating to the world that we are Christ's disciples.

We envision a church led by elders who provide custom soul care through loving and skillful shepherding.

We envision a church that supports Campus Impact as they promote the gospel among college students.

We envision a church that accelerates the NETS vision, providing a vibrant context for training and sending men to plant and revitalize churches throughout the Northeast.

We envision a church that plants churches, filing Vermont and the Northeast with gospel-proclaiming beacons of light.

We envision a church that anticipates the return of Christ and keeps our eyes fixed on him until that day.
